Title: A METHOD FOR MEASURING SOME PROPERTIES OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Authors: Turner, Jon A.
Issue Date: 1981
Publisher: Stern School of Business, New York University
Series/Report no.: IS-81-77
Abstract: An approach to measuring information systems properties is developed and tested with data from 38 systems in the same application area (mortgage loan servicing). The results provide support for the notion that general measures of system properties can be made operational and that these measures may be useful to other researchers.
