| Abstract: | Black and white photograph of the Department of Sanitation Band with the
Mayor and Mrs. Wagner outside of City Hall, April 21st, 1963.

| Description: | Two handwritten descriptions are taped to the photograph. The first
reads “Mrs.Wagner- Mayor Wagner- John Celebre.” The second
reads “Sanitation Dept. Band: City Hall, 4-21-63.” The print
is black and white, 10” x 6.” Found among contents of a
binder labeled "Sanitation Band Historical Collection, Bureau of
Public Affairs, Compiled by: Joel Feuer." Unclear if the contents
of the binder reflect the contents of Frank J. Lopiano's presentation to
the Department of Sanitation in January 1984. |
