Description: The photograph depicts a long line of new salt spreaders displayed under a bypass. On the back of the photo is hand-written, "August 2, 62" and below it, crossed out, "July 2, 62." In the bottom is hand-written, "New salt-spreader machines (for snow and ice and control." it is also stamped as an official photo of the Department of Sanitation.
