Description: Photograph taken facing North towards Chambers Street. Construction and hauling vehicles visible with white bridge in background. DSNY FEL with visible identifying information: vehicle ID# 21BB-W-001, BWD (Bureau of Waste Disposal). A number of people can be seen walking around including a fire fighter and possibly DSNY workers.
