dc.description	The report illustrates that Department of Sanitation's progress by picturing all the different vehicles of the Department including antiquated vehicles up to the present day of 1936. There is a horse and cart titled "Old Type Refuse Cart," a carry can with a White Wing and an inspector on bicycle titled "The Gay Nineties", and a truck titled "Old Time Sweeper. Also pictured are the modern trucks labeld, "New truck," "Elgin Sweeper", "New Flusher," "Snogo", "Crosswalk Flow," and "Joy Loader." Pcitured on the report are also the incineration buildings and the sewage treatment plants in Wards Island and Coney Island. The bottom of the report is labeled, "City of New York -- Office of the Commissioner of Sanitation -- 125 Worth St NY." On the back of the photograph are the numbers 810104.	en
