dc.description.abstractFive garbage cans, four metal and one plastic, are piled high with garbage (both in and around cans) outside a fence on the sidewalk at a residence, presumably 1489 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn. (Painted "1489 Eastern Parkway" is visible on three of the five cans.) Cardboard boxes, paper and plastic bags, and glass bottles are visible.en
