Abstract: Interest in home sharing between skipped generations has gained the interest of the public, policymakers, and researchers because of the potential win-win outcomes.1 This brief outlines important economic, psychological, and social circumstances among emerging and older adults that present a rationale for intergenerational home sharing as well as challenges for successful implementation.
