dc.description	השר גלילי ויחיאל אדמוני הציגו תוכנית מחקר ופיתוח לקראת הקמת כ-100 (!) יישובים באיזור שבין באר שבע ואל עריש. השרים, ובראשם משה קול אבל גם, קצת מפתיע, יגאל אלון, התנגדו לכל ביטוי של כוונה להתנחל באיזור שבין פיתחת רפיח לאל עריש. הוחלט לאשר את המחקר, ולהמשיךאת הדיון לאור תוצאותיו.
