Three celebrities (believed by Elaine Jackson to be, from left to right, Jason Alexander, Blythe Danner, and Christopher Reeve) hold t-shirts advertising DSNY recycling program. Mr. Alexander and Mr. Reeve hold their shirts facing forward; the fronts read "Help Reduce New York's Waste. Please Recycle." and show a cartoon metal garbage can cinched with a belt. Ms. Danner's shirt faces backward; the back reads "I'm a Waste Watcher/NYC Department of Sanitation;" she also wears a white button reading "I'm a Waste Watcher. Recycle." Three people (possibly sanitation workers) are partly visible behind the celebrities.en
