Two Sweepers Sweeping

Abstract

Two male sanitation workers sweep at an intersection, possibly after a parade. Litter appears to be mostly white paper and paper shreds. The street appears wet. Both workers wear dark, short-sleeved uniforms and carry American flags in their pockets. Several people walk across the street behind them. The intersecting street is filled with unidentified vehicles, some of them likely Department vehicles.
