dc.description.abstractCivilians on beach and along boardwalk at Coney Island. Pier and Brooklyn skyline in background. Sanitation workers, uniformed in both dark uniforms and caps and dark pants/white shirts and caps, pick up litter along beach with long rake-like tools. Some civilians appear to be helping. Cleaned and uncleaned portions of beach clearly visible.en
