Librarians at NYU Abu Dhabi investigated international students' use of Google Scholar for their research needs. We found that students often incorporate Google Scholar into their research practice, finding it quicker and easier to use than library resources. Librarians should not ignore Google Scholar but should teach the resource and authentic source evaluation. Students should understand that Google Scholar works in tandem with library resources.en
