| Description: | This point shapefile represents the buoys with sea lights in the coastal bays and waters of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi . The Name column contains information pertaining to the individual buoy's color, period, and phase characteristics, which aid in nighttime navigation. This layer is a result of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) project survey during 2010-2011 periods for planning new community facilities. This layer was hosted in the Abu Dhabi Geoportal. The geoportal contains geographic information provided by government, commercial, and noncommercial organizations, and it includes map images, map services, geographic datasets, geographic activities, spatial solutions, clearinghouses, and land references. |
