| Abstract: | We discuss NYU Libraries’ model for routine reporting, service assessment, and workflow management using a data warehouse paired with Tableau, a data visualization tool that makes analyzing, updating, and sharing data analysis easier and faster. Fullest utilization of Tableau requires consistent, on-demand access to data. This one-hour webinar focuses on simple, actionable visualizations to support evidence-based Access Services. |
