| Abstract: | نورد في هذه المذكرة الميدانية الأسانيد المؤيدة لتكييف Reach Up and Learn، وهو تدخل للزيارات المنزلية قائم على الأدلة، بما يلائم احتياجات اللاجئين والنازحين الداخليين والسكان المستضعفين الآخرين في الأماكن المتضررة من النزاعات في الأردن ولبنان وشمال شرق سوريا. نتناول بالشرح تنفيذ هذا التدخل في البلدان الثلاثة، ونستعرض ملاحظاتنا، بما في ذلك النجاحات المُحققة والتحديات التي واجهتنا في العامين الأولين (2016 و2017) من هذا المشروع متعدد السنوات. كذلك نقدم رؤى حول تطور هذا المشروع في كل بلد على حدة، ونقارن مناهج التكييف ونباين بينها في كل بلد، ونبرز الابتكارات مستندين في ذلك تحديدًا إلى التعقيبات من داخل البلد. كذلك نتطرق إلى مناهج قياس التدخل وحساب تكلفته، ونشير إلى الطرق التي يساهم المشروع من خلالها في المجموعة المحدودة من الأدلة في هذه المنطقة. نقدم توصيات محددة بمزيدٍ من الأبحاث لإيجاد أدلة حول تنمية الطفولة المبكرة في إعداد البرامج الإنسانية، ونختم بنظرة عامة على المرحلة التالية من مشروع Reach Up and Learn، الذي يمثل جزءًا من مبادرة أوسع نطاقًا لتحسين النتائج التنموية للأطفال المتأثرين بالأزمات والصراع في المنطقة. |
